What makes Arun Monditoka the most unique young politician of AP?

YSRCP, The ruling party of Andhra Pradesh, has announced it's chosen 11 candidates for the upcoming Member of legislative council(MLC) elections and to everyone's surprise Sri. Arun Kumar Monditoka is one of them. It surprised many because just few months back he was appointed as the chairman of AndhraPradesh Forest development corporation. And now, he is once again chosen to be the MLC candidate from Krishna district. the question in everyone's mind is, What's making him the trusted man of Sri. Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy, the CM of AP? what is making Mr. Arun monditoka so unique and exceptional that he is enjoying the favor of his leader?

Who is Arun Monditoka?

Arun Monditoka is born to smt. Kastala Mariyamma& Sri. Monditoka Krishna. He is the youngest of the four siblings. His eldest brother is Dr. Monditoka Jaganmohan rao who is the present MLA of Nandigama constituency.

His educational qualification

Arun Monditoka is highly educated with a Ph.D in Political science from central university of Hyderabad. After finishing his Doctorate, Arun went on to be a professor in prestigious Ambedkar university in New Delhi where he mentored many young intellectuals. He was also a visiting fellow at Center for economic and social studies(CESS), Hyderabad. Simultaneously he worked as a program director for Labor migration in India in collaboration with City university of New york. It's his vast knowledge of labor migration,tribals, tribal women, their struggle for land ownership and other challenges, and understanding of rural India that got the attention of sri. Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, Who took him into the party and entrusted him with key responsibilities. 

His Loyalty to his Leader

Dr. Arun's love and loyalty towards his leader Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is not a secret. despite being a leader who's attracting many youth with his dynamic leadership qualities, He leaves no chance to show himself as a die hard fan of Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy. It's the will power and the conviction of Jagan Mohan Reddy that inspired Dr. Arun to leave his lucrative and well paid job to follow Jagan Mohan Reddy from the initial days of his political journey. He stuck to his leader in the most difficult and darkest times. And whatever responsibility was given to him by his leader,how ever small or big, Arun delivered more than his 100%. From being a coordinator of party's Delhi affairs to party membership drive, from party's data management to managing and coordinating key events like Yuvabheri plenary and Jagan Mohan Reddy's historical Prajasankalpa yatra, Arun was actively involved in all.

His leadership qualities    

What we don't know, we will learn it said V.I. Lenin. This statement is true in the case of Dr. Arun. Despite being a layman to politics and being soft spoken and shy in nature, Arun molded himself to be a mass leader and hope of the people in no time. Despite losing the election which he lead from the front for his brother Dr. Monditoka Jaganmohan rao in 2014 in Nandigama constituency, Arun didn't lose his heart. But regained his focus, encouraged the cadre which was demoralized, channelized all the forces and lead from the front to execute a thunderbolt that destroyed what was once considered invincible and a strong hold of TDP. He played the role of a commander in winning Nandigama constituency for the party. 

His Perseverance

Even though the party came into power with a thumping majority, Arun wasn't desperate for any position. It took much time for him to be rewarded with what was due and be appointed as the Chairman, AP forest development corporation. all the while, Arun waited patiently with a positive attitude and unwavering faith in his leader. He left no stone unturned in exposing the schemes and the false propaganda of the opposition through his articles and social media posts. He is one of the most active and effective when it comes to unveiling the heart of his leader on the digital platforms. His selfless contribution to the party was recognized and well appreciated by the party leadership and in no time once again chose him to be the candidate for MLC from Krishna district. 

SO, when we get to know whatever favor Dr. Arun is shown today is a result of continuous efforts, constant learning and patience, it doesn't surprise us that he is chosen by his leader Sri. Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. sometimes recognition might delay, but when waited upon patiently, it will not be denied. Dr. Arun is a an example.
